So Verizon screws up my bill. Again.
So I call "customer service." Again.
As luck would have it my account manager was an extra in Slumdog Millionaire.
So he was in a good mood.
Turns out he works at Dell's call center on Tuesdays and Thursday, and he remembered me.
Also said he reads this blog.
